Exactly, you have nothing to lose and if you drop the number and walk away you don’t face rejection until like a week later if he hasn’t called and by then, who cares, eh?
If you are very shy, you can alter it the first time a bit, like if you can’t bring yourself to call him hot, then pick something else.
